Called TX RV Supply and they told me to come on it and they’d look at the propane tank. So I parked the car and got ready to drive down there. I stopped by the office and told them I might need to stay 1 more night but I’d not know until the work was done on the rig.
The propane leak was apparently two-fold. Propane expanded from the heat and the pop off valve didn’t pop off. They looked at the unit and ended up removing the hose and using the plug at the site. So that is what I must do in the future. The cost was not bad.
It was nearly 11:30 when they completed. I decided to spend the night and then get up early, hookup and drive on Tuesday. Figured I would spend the night at Huntsville State Park.
